Accommodation features
At Domuseo, you can stay in a historic 19th-century Campidanese house, a "museum house" where art takes shape through objects, paintings, sculptures, relics, and works that you can discover during your stay.
The recently renovated house is surrounded by a large garden, an oasis of peace and relaxation with a green lawn surrounded by fragrant plants and trees.
Exposed beams, Persian carpets, ancient finishes, terracotta floors, and antique furniture will immerse you in a suggestive and charming atmosphere, without sacrificing the comforts that will make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

Surroundings
B&B Domuseo is in an optimal location to discover the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia, such as Chia, Villasimius, Costa Rei, Tuerredda, and Porto Pino.
Cagliari and its beach "Il Poetto" are located nearby. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the heart of the Sardinian capital to immerse yourself in its vibrant atmosphere, discover its history, taste the local cuisine, take a walk on the beach, or experience the nightlife.
Unspoiled white beaches and crystal-clear sea are not the only treasures you will find in Sardinia. Starting from our B&B, you can visit unique places in the world and get lost among nuraghi, giants' tombs, archaeological parks, nature reserves, mines, caves, and food and wine itineraries. Sardinia will fascinate you with its traditions, rituals, and festivals.

Our Rooms
B&B Domuseo has 3 rooms located on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. All rooms are bright, air-conditioned, and furnished with unique pieces. They come with free WiFi, TV, and a kettle with a wide selection of herbal teas and tea.
Each room features an artwork that determines its name: "Pittura" (Painting), "Scultura" (Sculpture), and "Intaglio" (Engraving).
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and you will have a hairdryer and personal hygiene products available.
Children from 0 to 3 years old can only be accommodated in the "Intaglio" and "Scultura" rooms, indicating it in the reservation notes and paying an additional fee of 10€ per night at check-in. A crib is available upon request.
Children from 4 to 15 years old can only be accommodated in the "Intaglio" room, which has an extra bed, indicating it in the reservation notes and paying an additional fee of 15€ per night at check-in.
Notes
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and the rooms. If you are a smoker, you can smoke on the private terrace of your room or in the outdoor areas.
In the morning, from 7:30 to 10:00, our continental breakfast awaits you, ensuring you start the day off right.
During the summer months, the breakfast area is set up in the garden under the pergola.
At your disposal, you will have:
- Assorted coffee pods, decaffeinated coffee, tea, Nesquik, herbal teas, cappuccino.
- Fruit juices, milk, and water.
- Yogurt.
- Seasonal fruit.
- Bread, toast, baked goods, and pastries.
- Cereals.
- Butter, jam, and Nutella.
- Cheeses and cold cuts.
Upon request, with at least two days' notice:
- Eggs and bacon.
- Gluten-free and lactose-free products.
In the breakfast room, you have access to a toaster, coffee pod machine, milk frother, kettle, and juicer.

The largest double room of the B&B overlooks the garden and features a comfortable double bed and a windowed bathroom. By indicating it in the reservation notes and paying at check-in, it can accommodate: a child aged 4 to 15 in a third bed (at an additional cost of €15 per night) and/or a child aged 0 to 3 (at an additional cost of €10 per night). A crib is included upon request.
Hello, I'm Franca and, together with my husband Andrea, I am the owner of the B&B Domuseo.
I was born and raised in Sardinia, while Andrea is originally from Puglia but has been living in Sardinia for over 50 years.
We are a simple and welcoming family, in love with our land and our traditions.
At retirement age, we chose to start this new adventure and open our home to our guests, with whom we hope to share our love for Sardinia, travel, and hospitality.
Our house has been conceived, designed, and built from the ground up with love and dedication.
It's not just a house, but a legacy where the memories of past generations are kept, telling the story of our family.
B&B Domuseo is located in the historic center of the village of Quartucciu where you can reach numerous services on foot such as a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, newsstand, tobacco shop, bar, ice cream parlor, and pizzeria.
Free public parking is available nearby.
The house is a few minutes' drive from the 554 state road and the fast-flowing median road that will allow you to easily reach the most important locations and points of interest.
